We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities: Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the retail store. Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals and profitability targets. Maintain high standards of store presentation, including displays of ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, large format, and decorative tiles. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products like bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor tiles. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and set goals for staff. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all customers receive outstanding service and have a positive shopping experience. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially for high-demand products like slip-resistant and marble tiles. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities for different tile categories. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the store budget. Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and expenses. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
