Boost Juice South Hedland is looking for Retail Manager and Retail Supervisor to join the team on a full-time basis. You must also have at least 2 years of relevant experience in this industry. The annual salary is between $70,000 to $75,000. As a retail manager and retail supervisor, your daily duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability. • Prepare and publish weekly roster for crew proficiency and availability. • Ensure roster meets labour target. Monitor and amend throughout the week in order to achieve business targets. • Completing mid-month and after month stock count on month end to monitor and make action plan for profit and loss of each month. • Completing weekly order and preparing and planning for product promotions. • Managing waste and making action plan to reduce waste. • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales. • Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback from customers • Ensure prompt and quality service delivery to customers and address their inquiries and complaints regarding goods and services. • Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning specific duties to staff. • Conduct recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation, dismissal, and promotion of staff, as well as resolving staff grievances. • Instruct staff on handling complex sales procedures effectively. • Evaluate returned goods and determine appropriate actions. • Take inventory of goods, order new stock, and ensure compliance.
