About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the General Manager Rail and wider Leadership Team, as well other key stakeholders, providing high level administrative support. This role is ideally residential, however a FIFO arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.

Key accountabilities include the following:
• Provide executive administrative support to the GM
• Responsible for the proactive management of the GM's diary and email
• Manage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetings 
• Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees
• Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts
• Supports GM on projects as required
• Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material
• Supporting the functions of the business where required (HR, Finance, HSE) 
• Site administration tasks such as assisting with external visitors, site access requirements, catering, and other general administration duties

About You We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, and embraces change. You will be required to work well with ambiguity and under pressure, at times with conflicting priorities. Experience in stakeholder management and administration at an executive level for a large organisation is preferred.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, or in supporting dynamic Leadership teamsSound business judgement, high professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting prioritiesExcellent skills in Microsoft Office productsExperience using SAP, preferred About Our Process  At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
