Based in our Chadstone office, you will be responsible for all facets of the property management service delivery and the financial performance of a mixed office and medical centre portfolio.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clientsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clientsPreparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basisConduct rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiate new leasing dealsManagement of lease compliance by all tenants and landlordsQualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:Current Agent Representative licenceCurrent Drivers LicenceMinimum 2 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre ManagementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProperty related degree (preferred but not essential)You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.Additional InformationColliers International is a leader in global real estate services and a great local success story.
