About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Retail Implementation Specialist. This role will involve the delivery of new independent Metcash stores, New Stores, DSA, refurbishments and fit outs through effective management & co-ordination between Metcash, Retailer & relevant third parties. The Retail Implementation Specialist will be working with Retailers and Metcash Teams and external parties to develop project plans, timelines, and offer support in the execution of the project.
The Retail Implementation Specialist is a Metro based role with some regional travel.
In this Role Working with Metcash Teams and Retailers to plan and deliver new initiativesWork with retailers to plan and execute changes to store layouts, assist in the development of whole store plans and format changes.Support and help retailers develop internal and external designs for branding, including signageStore relays, layouts, and collateral are received on time and to budgetRetail Space Planograms to be utilised and implemented in to storesYou're Likely a Match If Exposure to supermarket fit out and refurbishments preferredBasic project management and budgeting skillsAbility to interpret plansUnderstanding of building regulations and standardsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenLife at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
