As Assistant Store Manager, your role involves: Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations in their absence. Inspiring, coaching, and fostering the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve overall revenue. Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up to date styling advice. Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
