What Our Client Is Looking For
Our client is based in Cairns QLD specialising in Health Care Equipment, and looking for a Retail and Administration Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for various core functions including handling NDIS, DVA, and MAS claims, stock control, and team management. Your role will also involve customer service, equipment assembly, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable attitude. High standard of grooming and presentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle physical tasks related to store upkeep and product management.
Key Selection Criteria
Open Driver's Licence. Current Covid Vaccination status and Influenza Vaccine status. Valid Police Check Vaild Yellow Card - or will to obtain.
