The roleWe are currently seeking the services of a Retail Administration Manager to join the centralised team responsible for a portfolio of retail assets across Australia.
The Retail Administration Manager is responsible for the delivery of key administrative functions across multiple assets. This includes ownership for ensuring the monthly rent roll is processed and debt is collected.
What you will be doingPreparing and entering Salesforce data administration requests to ensure tenant billings are correct. E.g. Administration/liquidation/receiver, assignment or variation of lease, charge variations (charge/abatement), miscellaneous invoice/credit etc.Working closely with Centre Management teams to obtain timely rent roll information and then managing the rent roll process including scheduling, changes, reporting and leading stakeholder reviews.Completing reconciliations on all accounts and managing the collection of all monthly rentals, ensuring appropriate debt collection, reporting and escalation procedures are in place and are being adhered to.Ensuring all allocation of monies & rent roll generated credits have occurred prior to the issuing of monthly tax statements and investigate payments that do not match billings prior to allocating.Assist auditors with any queries and retrieve documents for any given asset as requested.What makes you stand outYou will be Tertiary qualified, Administration professional with relevant prior experience in a similar role within a medium sized business environment and a strong focus on debt collection.
You will have a strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to employ a systematic approach to administration and be able to work independently to achieve goals and objectives.
The ability to engage and collaboratively work with others, and develop effective working relationships with key business stakeholders.
