Job Description We are now seeking a strong administrator to support a small dynamic team based at Karratha City Plaza.
Reporting to the Centre & Operations Manager you will get involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, day to day centre marketing and extensive client/tenant liaison.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Provide support to the Centre Management team in the day to day running of the centre.
Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customer, tenants, owners & contractors.
Co-ordinate marketing campaigns & support the marketing strategy.
Preparation of monthly reports, letters, emails and presentations.
Processing invoices & work orders and maintain the contractor process.
Maintain accurate tenant & client databases.
Co-ordinate Centre Community bookings, liaise with stakeholders and drive community engagement.
Qualifications The skills and experience you will bring to this role include: Strong customer service & communications skills Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Proactive and positive attitude Previous real estate or shopping centre exposure would be desirable but is not essential This is a rare opportunity for somebody with an administrative background who is seeking to boost their skills and take their support career in a new direction.
