Restructuring Senior Manager

Senior Manager - RestructuringLead Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Restructuring to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Restructuring team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing client engagements, conducting accounting and financial analysis, and assisting clients through corporate distress, voluntary liquidations, restructurings, and administrations. You will also build your network and work closely with our Registered Liquidator.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of corporate restructuring and insolvency principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies for clientsManage multiple workstreams and oversee an engagement teamConduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring mattersPrepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondenceAssist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignmentsBe a key member involved in various business development initiativesContribute to your learning and development, and that of our team through coaching and mentoringRequirements:6 - 10 years of managing insolvency and restructuring casesTertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related fieldCA qualified or the equivalentARITA Qualification desirableDriven to deliver high-quality client serviceStrong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFinancial solid analytical and quantitative skillsKnowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principlesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointIf you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
