The Steak House Traralgon is seeking a motivated professional to manage the restaurant. This is a full-time, hands-on job, overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant.We are located in the regional town of Traralgon in Victoria. To succeed in the role, you must:Understand every element of the operation of a restaurant;Have exemplary work ethics and be highly reliable;Have problem-solving skills to handle all the challenges of managing a business independently.You will enjoy high autonomy in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant, be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising both the kitchen and front house teams, and be compliant with hygiene and OH&S laws.
