Restaurant Manager – O Sushi Coolangatta

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at O Sushi Coolangatta, an iconic Japanese restaurant located opposite the beach in beautiful Coolangatta.  Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the existing team to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly and that guest experience is always at a high levelSet, monitor and report on KPIs across service, sales, and staff productivityOversee and enhance the guest dining experienceCarry out staff scheduling, training, and performance reviewsEnsure compliance with all food safety and licensing regulationsWork closely with key stake holders to ensure smooth business operations at all times       Qualifications & Skills: At least 2 years experience in a similar roleStrong leadership and team management abilitiesA high level of food and beverage knowledgeExcellent communication skills with an enduring focus on customer service
