As a Grill'd Restaurant Manager, you will: Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement. Collaborate with Area Managers for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance. Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines. Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
