Summary: We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and upholding Chatkora's unique dining experience.
• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including revenue growth and cost control measures
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold Chatkora's brand standards
• Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance metrics
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role
• Diploma of hospitality management (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
