Restaurant Manager

Base Salary of $80,000 per annum + Super will be offered to the successful candidate.
Creative Eats (Trading as Brazilian Flames) have an excellent opportunity for a fulltime Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training, supervising and terminating employeesManaging and Maintaining budgetsOverseeing both Front and Back of house operationsLiaising with Head Chef in regards to Kitchen and menu planningEnsuring compliance with Licensing and health and safety legislation / guidelinesPromoting and Marketing the restaurantOverseeing Stock levels and StocktakesMeeting with suppliers and negotiating pricesOrdering of all suppliesStaff rosteringGreeting and serving CustomersHandling everyday service operations required in the restaurantHandling customer complaintsPreparing and presenting weekly sales reportAssessing and improving profitabilityEnsuring the restaurant maintenance is maintainedOverseeing the maintenance of kitchen and the Front of House food safety standardsMust be flexible to work nights and weekendsMust be available to be on call to solve problems on days off or when off dutyApplicants for this position should:At least 5 years relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager.Must live locally to the business.
