Key responsibilities include:
Planning and designing menus in collaboration with chefs to reflect current trends and customer preferences. Organising and coordinating special functions and events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Managing the purchasing and pricing of goods, optimising costs while maintaining quality and compliance with budgetary requirements. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, financial transactions, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency. Ensuring that dining facilities comply with health regulations and are consistently clean, functional, and visually appealing. Engaging with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service, addressing any feedback promptly and effectively. Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development. Handling reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with order-taking as needed, while providing an exceptional customer experience. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years' proven experience in restaurant management. Qualifications in the hospitality industry are highly regarded but not essential. Job Type: Full-time. Applications for this position will be accepted for four weeks. Pay: $73,150.00 – $85,000.00 per year
