As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of one of the islands key dining experiences, with the flexibility to manage any of the other outlets as needed. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability Oversee inventory management and control costs Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food and beverage operations Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Understanding of financial management and budgeting Day-to-Day As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
