About the role Due to growth, we are seeking a Restaurant and Event Supervisor for Tigre Vita. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our premier dining establishment's smooth and efficient operation in the heart of Bright, Victoria. Our current Supervisor will offer the successful applicant ongoing training and support.
What you'll be doing Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, coordinating service, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences Monitoring and maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery Assisting with the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability Collaborating with the culinary team Run and organise events Work closely with the marketing team Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to inform business decisions Fostering a positive and engaging work environment for the restaurant team What we're looking for Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to problem-solve effectively Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems to support operational efficiency Front-of-house experience in wine, cocktails and coffee What we offer Employee benefits and discounts across the Jacob Group of Companies and affiliated businesses Flexible work arrangements Working weekly roster
