The Opportunity You will be part of our Managed Recruitment team focused on sourcing experienced, qualified candidates for roles with local CQ businesses and not-for-profit organisations. We partner with a group of high-quality, growing employers, in Gladstone and across Central Queensland. Your approach will be highly consultative and advice-focussed, to achieve the right win/win outcomes for our candidates and clients. The market is busy and the outlook is strong, so we're looking for the right person to join our successful, growing team for the long-term.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week and the role is office based in Gladstone but, subject to meeting the required performance results, there is the opportunity to work on a "hybrid" basis - partly from the office and partly from home if you wish.
Your Skills and Experience Ideally, you come from a recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources background and have relevant experience in pro-actively searching for suitable candidates, relationship-building and carrying out thorough screening and job-matching. This role will suit a pro-active, self-motivated, "hunter" who is able to source and build relationships with candidates, understand their needs/goals and match them with the right career opportunities.
