About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Council's four Resource Recovery Centres, including leading and supervising our enthusiastic staff, liaising with our logistics-related contractors, ensuring site operations are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations, and maintaining accurate data, records, and information.
This role is a Permanent, full-time opportunity with a Fortnightly RDO. Remuneration begins at $78.9K to $89.3K (Band 5) plus superannuation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in successfully managing customer-focused operational teams, well-developed communication and administrative skills, experience in managing contractors, an inquisitive mind that values continuous process improvement, and some background experience in the waste and resource recovery industry.
