Who will be responsible for the overall management and operations of this regular award-winning up-market manicured beautifully designed acreage holiday RV park in Victoria's Mildura & Murray region.
This is a senior position which requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Adding to this are very impressive F&B operations—well-designed function spaces, a gym, an impressive resort pool, to name a few.
What you'll be doing:
Providing strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of resort operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, events, and recreational activities.
Leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the resort runs smoothly and efficiently.
Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.
Overseeing the resort's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, encouraging team development and continuous improvement.
Representing the resort at industry events and networking with key stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a family-oriented resort or hotel environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to drive profitability.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies.
Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be an advantage.
