Let's talk about the role Diagnose and resolve issues within Oracle EBS and Fusion modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, CRM and others. Provide support for both technical and functional issues with ancillary systems around Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environment. Conduct thorough root cause analysis of issues and provide strategic recommendations for solutions. Build and produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. Occasionally lead the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff. Provide support to end-users by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting issues. Let's talk about you Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and database management. Minimum 8+ years' experience in supporting Oracle EBS 12.1.3. Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in complex environments. Proven track record of successful Incident / Service Management. Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance. Must have worked or supported manufacturing or distribution environments. Preferred Oracle certifications related to EBS modules.
