Social:  Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About the opportunity: We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join the Milwaukee Residential Specialist Team on the Sunshine Coast. You will be responsible for the growth of an existing sales territory stretching along the coastline from Caboolture to Gympie. As a Sales Representative/Residential Specialist you will demonstrate and offer solutions-based selling to the professional tradesperson/end user in the field.
Reporting to the State Residential Manager you we will be provided with training techniques and product knowledge to succeed in this role, along with regular participation in joint ride days with your manager to review performance and provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities: Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories. Regularly report progress to the State Residential Manager on achievements to the planned strategy. Implement the user focused channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers. Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework. Be and promote being a high performing sales professional whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance. About you: Relevant Trade background or Sales experience (preferred). Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills. Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability. Experience with using a CRM software.
