The position responsibilities include: Oversee 1 house catering to 5 clients and empower them in their decision-making and goal planning, whilst emphasizing the importance of continued relationships with family and loved ones.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a dedicated team of Disability Support Workers including permanent and casual staff.Implement, monitor, and review staff performance, and hold regular house meetings, and individual supervision.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including care teams, day service programs, and families.Join a supportive and collaborative team of Team Leaders/ Residential Service Leads, who will support you in your new role.Engage in continuous process improvement, where your feedback is highly valued, and positive changes are actively implemented based on your insights.Please note the role is 76 hours a fortnight (full time) with varied shifts from Monday to Friday which include dedicated admin times and direct client support.Our ideal candidate will possess: Experience leading small teams and the demonstrated ability to provide practice leadership.
