This is an exciting opportunity to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a key client account managing their Queensland Residential portfolio. This is an onsite role based in our Brisbane CBD office. Key responsibilities will include: Day to day management of residential portfolio maintaining close liaison with client, fostering efficient, harmonious and close working relationships Organise Routine Inspection Reports Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis Market Scans Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiating new leasing deals Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords Some Site Inspections Qualifications To excel in this position, you will ideally have: Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration Current Drivers Licence Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Property Management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Property related degree (preferred but not essential) You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
