The Resident Mobility Assistant is a new role commencing late September that will work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Wellbeing Consultants to support the mobility and activity of our residents.
You will assist residents to participate in exercise and physical activity, and achieve reablement goals.
You will spend 1:1 time with residents helping them to access spaces within the facility, including outdoors.
You will support residents to participate in events and activities, and engage in important social connection.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
