About the Opportunity You'll oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, handling both group and individual bookings.

What We're Looking For Previous experience managing a Reservations Department with a focus on optimising revenue and maintaining top-notch guest service.
A proven track record of maximizing room occupancy and rates while keeping everything running smoothly.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other teams including Rooms Division, Marketing and F&B.
Leadership experience in mentoring and developing your team to hit business goals and individual performance targets.
