Based out of our offices in Melbourne, we are looking for Reservations Agents to join the contact centre team on a casual basis.
Reporting to our Contact Centre Manager, you will handle all reservations inquiries—via phone, email, or web chat—efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and consistency.
Our reservations agents assist customers in making reservations for various services across our venues.
You will provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, making and confirming reservations, handling cancellations and modifications, and keeping detailed records.
This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for good service.
You'll be responsible for managing reservations for our 200+ hospitality venues across Australia and New Zealand, ranging from local pubs to fine dining establishments, as well as our unique activations such as Winter Igloos.
What else will you be doing?
Ensure all reservations enquiries, either telephone, email or web chat, are attended to efficiently.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and consistency.
Working closely with the management to ensure best practise for all reservations and enquiries.
Reporting any issues to the Reservations Supervisor or Manager and escalating any complaints as needed.
Maximising revenue across the group including cross and upselling of venues.
Maintain excellent knowledge of product offering across all venues.
Maintain KPI's and hitting targets determined by the Reservation Manager.
You are… An expert communicator, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service to people at all levels.
Experienced in hospitality and understand this sector.

What you need to know: This is a casual role, offering approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Hourly rates range from $33.96 - $61.13, based on your working day.
The role is based out of our Melbourne support office, working alongside the team in-person.
You must be available from October through December; this is our busiest period.
Availability across 7 days is preferred but not essential.
There are strong opportunities for development into full-time roles and internal growth.
