This is a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia - Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Lead process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements.Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools to ensure successful implementation.Analyze and document existing banking processes to identify areas for improvement.Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall operational performance.Collaborate with IT teams to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.Provide support to front-line staff on process-related issues and troubleshooting.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project management abilitiesProficiency in process mapping and analysis toolsKnowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirementsEffective communication and collaborationBachelor degree and/or relevant experienceAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
