Repair Supervisor

Maas Constructions are currently seeking a motivated Repair Supervisor to join our high performing team based in Newcastle NSW.
Key responsibilities include: Responsible for project management of the end-to-end repair or building work Build and maintain key sub-contractor relationships, including building surveyor, engineers and local authorities to assist with the technical aspects of estimating and building Critical understanding of building methodologies and sequences for project coordination and delivery Preparation of variations for submission to clients including suitable quoting, estimating and supporting documentation. Planning and manage project costs including; forecasts, estimating, quoting, cost flow and cost controls to ensure delivery of project profitability Supervise and inspect work to ensure compliance with required WHS legislation Conduct periodic quality audits and ensure quality controls are implemented within project delivery Maintain client and customer satisfaction, adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Maintain knowledge of building regulations and industry practices Ability to undertake critical material and methodology review for complex project delivery including documentation delivery Manage workload effectively in order to complete multiple tasks in line with client specific SLA's and personal KPI's Work in alignment with procurement team to respond to resourcing requirements and onboarding of trades and suppliers Provide industry experience and knowledge to other business units within the organisation Knowledge and experience required: Industry experience in Building Supervising or Project Management Certificate III in Building, Diploma in Construction Management or similar trade qualification (preferred) Relevant OH&S Induction Construction Cards Strong communication and customer service skills and focus Ability to problem solve issues and thrive under pressure Adaptable to change and able to manage competing priorities Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously Strong attention to detail with competent skills in Word, Outlook and Excel Requires a valid driver's license Willing to travel across the Newcastle / Central West regions For more information about this role, please contact ******
