About the Role
We are looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Manager of Remuneration & Benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. This includes job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent and performance management, governance and reporting and supporting academic promotions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in Talent, Organisational Development (OD), and remuneration within a supportive environment.
