Job Description:
As a Remote Support Assistant at Vodafone Hutchison Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients located in the Australian Capital Territory. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide remote assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot technical issues with their telecommunications services.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and general service inquiries.3. Conduct detailed analysis of customer issues to provide accurate and timely solutions.4. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support to customers.7. Adapt to changes in technology and processes to meet customer needs.
Requirements:1. Strong dedication and hardworking attitude to provide exceptional customer support.2. Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.3. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.4. Effective communication skills both written and verbal.5. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.7. Must have access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
