With our proven ability to attract and retain top talent, we are looking for a Graphic/Experience Designer who thrives on challenge and who is hungry to grow in their ability and knowledge.Roles and Responsibilities:Create visually compelling graphics for various internal and external communications, including presentations, documentation infographics and promotional materials.Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all materials.Assist in the design and layout of digital and print assets.Develop and produce multimedia content for various platforms ensuring a high level of quality and creativity.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving visual and user experience elements.Support the redevelopment of online spaces by designing user friendly interfaces and content, enhancing the overall user experience.Work closely with the Experience Designer to plan, wireframe, and prototype new features for online platforms.Ensure all design work is aligned with the goals and adhere to brand guidelines.Note: NV1 OR Baseline Clearance is a must.Skills /Competencies:Essential:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design works.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word and PowerPoint).Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (at times).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Hold a NV1 or higher Australian Government security clearance.Preferred:Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes.Willingness to learn and develop experience design skills.Qualifications/Traits:A minimum of 6+ years of experience working at a digital agency as a Graphic Designer or User Experience Designer.Portfolio of key projects delivered in past years, calling out your role on the project, deliverables responsible and successes achieved.Excellent communication skills (both in conversation and in writing) and a portfolio which demonstrates this ability in various phases of design.Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.Worked within collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver multiple, successful projects.Ability to travel abroad.A sense of humour!What we offer:Working within an international team spanning over various continents.Experience collaborating with some of the best clients in Australian Grand Prix, The Australian Ballet, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Indigenous Business Australia, Telco, Health, and financial organisations, not to mention many Start-ups.Access to leading technologies as part of the Infosys group.Challenging projects with clients that are part of the 10 DAX companies.A diverse and equal opportunity working environment.Remote and flexible working.Opportunity for international travel.Additional Information:TO APPLY: For full consideration please upload both a resume, cover letter and design portfolio.All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence, and performance.
