We prioritize ownership and impact, welcoming diversity, passion, and authenticity in a collaborative, sincere environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively monitoring production environments and taking corrective actions when necessaryWorking with Customer Success and Support teams to address issues raised by customers and notifying the Development team when requiredDatabase administration, automation, performance tuning, and doing data fixes when necessaryPerforming data extraction at the request of customers or internal stakeholdersWorking with the Product team to provide targeted solutions for specific customer problemsCreating and maintaining documentation, and responding effectively to customer ticketsExecuting Data and Dev Ops projects alongside business-as-usual tasksQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or relevant industry experience)Strong relational database knowledge (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).Net experience, specifically around investigating .Net exceptionsPrevious application support experience, or clear capability to work in a application support role, with excellent communication skillsPlatform monitoring or system administration skills with a focus on automationFamiliarity with Microsoft tech stackStrong customer-focus and dedicationAbility to clearly explain and document issuesAnalytical thinker capable of multitasking and prioritizingKeen interest in learning and adopting new technologyTeam player who brings passionAble to work from our office 4 days/weekWhy work at Karbon?Gain global experience across USA, New Zealand, UK, and Canada4 weeks annual leave plus 5 extra "Karbon Days" off a yearFlexible working environmentWork with (and learn from) an experienced, high-performing teamBe part of a fast-growing company that firmly believes in promoting high performers from withinA collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity, invests in development, and provides consistent feedbackGenerous parental leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
