This friendly pet and family-friendly park offers a variety of accommodation. The new tenant has a long lease and a large capital investment program to vastly improve the grounds and facilities.
The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced individual or management team who are highly customer-focused and commercially minded, driving business development and assisting the capital investment team with the installation of new infrastructure, amenities, and grounds. We need someone equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, with a guest-first mindset.
Managers must have a commercial mindset and a creative flair for local marketing and community engagement. You must have an understanding of budgets and reports, managing costs in line with increasing or decreasing revenues. A small team requires you to be hands-on regarding cleaning, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance. You should be passionate about supporting VIC Parks in protecting the environment and culture while providing a world-class guest experience. You may also be required to carry out relieving duties at other parks when the need arises. Successful candidates are required to have their own caravan for accommodation.
