This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Relationship Director in a Mortgage Brokerage Business, where your primary responsibility will be to support in winning new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and working with internal stakeholders to meet their clients' mortgage advice requirements by facilitating a seamless home loan settlement process. What you'll do: Collaborate with the Relationship Director to identify potential clients and develop strategies to win new client relationships.Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with internal teams such as Mortgage Advisors and Buyer Advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities.Develop and maintain internal and external referral relationships to generate regular, high-quality referrals.What you bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage brokerage, personal lending, relationship management or a related field.Demonstrated excellence in customer service and experience in managing ongoing relationships with clients.Strong understanding of mortgage products, property investment strategies, and industry practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and industry professionals.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Demonstrates a proactive approach and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.What sets this company apart: Our client offers a corporate, structured environment that encourages growth and development.
