Looking to take the next step in your career? As a Relationship Manager - Business Banking at Greater Bank, you will manage a diverse portfolio of business customers, including our top lending and deposit clients. Your role will be central to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving product usage, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to support their growth. You'll also be responsible for managing business volumes and optimising customer profitability, all while carefully balancing risk and return.What are we looking for?Experience dealing with small to medium business/commercial customers and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Demonstrated lending experience; business lending experience highly regarded.Credit skills – understanding and application of financial analysis, cash flow analysis; portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, security requirements and credit checking.Experience working at a professional level with individual accountability for driving business outcomes.Demonstrated sales experience with proven success in achieving business sales results.Sound understanding and knowledge of Financial Services Legislation requirements.Previous experience in the completion of business loan applications.Diploma or higher education qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Finance or Business Management.The ability to build rapport quickly with our customers, ensuring we promote and maintain long-lasting relationships.What will your key responsibilities include?Drive effective delivery of services to business customers by processing commercial loan applications in line with policy.Review, translate and interpret customer financial and documentation to determine if any issues or concerns are evident with the application.Provide advice and strategic insights to management as required.Contribute to the evolution and implementation of commercially driven business banking practices to ensure continuous improvement.Support the growth of Business Banking through active engagement with stakeholders.Contribute to and implement Business Banking strategic plan.About usWe're Greater Bank, part of NGM Group, and we've been helping the people of NSW and South East QLD with their banking needs for generations.
