APM Workcare understands that prevention and proactive management of injuries in the workplace is critically important, and we work with employers and their people to minimise the personal and business impact of injuries, illness and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training.The roleWorking full-time or part-time as an Exercise Physiologist / Osteopath / Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client's journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury. You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they've identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.In this role, you'll be:Conducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing.Organising rehabilitation activities for your client including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.Completing ergonomic assessments.What's in it for you?You will have the FLEXIBILITY and AUTONOMY to set your own schedule and have control over your own diary.
