About You! Join our team at Haleon ANZ, as a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, where you'll be responsible for managing regulatory activities for Australia and New Zealand. Your role will involve developing and implementing regulatory strategies, leading submissions, staying updated with regulatory changes and providing support to the business. Your Day to Day: Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies for new and existing products in Australia and New Zealand.Lead and manage regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.Liaise with regulatory agencies to understand and comply with evolving regulations.Monitor regulatory intelligence and stay current with regulatory changes.Provide accurate and timely support and advice to the business.Identify and mitigate regulatory risks and opportunities.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships internally.Represent Haleon ANZ at external advocacy forums.Mentor a team of regulatory professionals.
