About You! Join our team at Haleon ANZ, as a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, where you'll be responsible for managing regulatory activities for Australia and New Zealand. Your role will involve developing and implementing regulatory strategies, leading submissions, staying updated with regulatory changes and providing support to the business. If you have a strong background in regulatory affairs and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Your Day to Day: Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies for new and existing products in Australia and New Zealand.Lead and manage regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.Liaise with regulatory agencies to understand and comply with evolving regulations.Monitor regulatory intelligence and stay current with regulatory changes.Provide accurate and timely support and advice to the business.Identify and mitigate regulatory risks and opportunities.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships internally.Represent Haleon ANZ at external advocacy forums.Mentor a team of regulatory professionals. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on consumer healthcare products.Proven track record of managing regulatory submissions and obtaining market authorization.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer healthcare products in Australia (TGA) and New Zealand (Medsafe).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a life science discipline Diversity & Inclusion: At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
