As a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will provide high-quality nursing or midwifery services within our diverse health service settings. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing/midwifery care, taking accountability for your standards and the activities delegated to others.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care in a supportive environment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture focused on patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.
Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Experience in the use of computer packages eg Microsoft, Excel.

National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position.
