Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Mackay Homefield Aged Care FacilityEmployment Term: Permanent full time position, Monday - Friday 10am - 6pmLocation: Mackay Homefield Aged Care FacilityRemuneration: $41.66-$53.56 (based on experience) permanent base rate + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & AllowancesR&R allowance of up to $250 in addition to your fortnightly pay for 12 fortnightsSign on and retention bonuses of up to $20,500 over 24 monthsIf you're looking to relocate to Mackay, we can assist with an attractive relocation package of up to $5,000 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed).Make a meaningful difference with BlueCareWe're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others - through small moments that leave big impacts.As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team and will be encouraged to grow and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Your part in our BlueCare teamYou will provide person-centred care to your residents, using your clinical skills to improve their quality of life and ensure their safety.
