Bolton Clarke's Keperra Sanctuary Aged Care Home is a small 49 Bed Home providing professional and quality care services to our residents.
The Job Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to our residents in this 94-bed home.Ensure effective and person-centred care and service delivery for all customers.Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care for customers in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.Be fully supported with Registered Nurse Supervisors, a Clinical Care Manager, and Enrolled Nurses on site.Requirements of this job include Commitment to the Aged Care industry and experience within Australia.Professional clinical skills.High level of English skills, both written and verbal.Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members.We'll bring: Ongoing training, support, and professional development, career progression opportunities, a flexible workplace, a wonderful family-oriented team, great communication, and most importantly - our heartfelt thanks for your contribution.Access to flexible working hours, allowing you to choose when you want extra shifts, book shifts in advance, and plan ahead for special occasions.Salary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus an additional $2,650 in entertainment per year available!Important: All aged care employees and visitors must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 in order to enter an aged care facility.
