About the role We are seeking to employ enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team within the Residential facility.
You will be supported by a management team that is dedicated to developing your leadership and management experience.
As a Registered Nurse you would: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of care recipients' care plans and clinical nursing needs within the program limitations and in conjunction with the Clinical team.
Manage the provision of the daily care needs for our residents while supporting the team around you.
Be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments.
Engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of all our residents, fostering independence.
Liaise with doctors, Allied Health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.
Supervise and coordinate with care workers, enrolled nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide information about residents to their family members, updating them on their treatment and care.
Be responsible for medications, providing interventions, and treatments to residents.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse essential.
Experience in Aged Care desirable.
Exceptional Care Recipient case management and time management skills.
Ability to work in a diverse team environment with flexibility to meet the needs of our organisation.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload.
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience providing clinical patient centred care knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration knowledge and experience with AN-ACC.
Excellent computer and documentation skills.
Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect.
The right to work in Australia.
Have a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.
Pass a pre-employment medical.
Provide evidence of current Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.
