About the role Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals in providing excellent patient care on a part-time basis of 64 hours per fortnight, working various shifts across a 7-day roster.
This position is in the Orthopaedics ward.

Your duties will include Supporting patients throughout their stayMaintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and culturesEffectively working within scope of practice, demonstrating clinical competencies and comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes including recognition and timely response to patient deteriorationLiaising with the multi-disciplinary teamEnsuring patient and staff safetyAssisting nursing staff with supporting patients with careMinimum Requirements: A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting - SurgicalSurgical and Post Op experience desirableCurrent Registration with AHPRACommitment to Quality Patient CareSound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well independently and within a teamWhy Healthscope?
