Your part in our Blue Care team Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Emerald Aged Care Facility
Employment Term: Permanent part time (minimum 45 hours per fortnight maximum 75 hours a fortnight) Location: Emerald Aged Care Facility Remuneration: $40.45 - $52 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances Ongoing rural & remote allowance of $300 per fortnight (based on FTE) Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $27,000 over 24 months (based on FTE) Return flight to the value of $500 each year If you're looking to relocate to Emerald, we can assist with a highly attractive rental and relocation package of up to $12,500 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed) As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope Consider physical, social and psychological requirements Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
