Registered Nurse Consultation Liaison – Community Adult Mental Health About the role An exciting opportunity for a registered nurse delivering mental health services in the community.
In this role you'll provide acute assessments and use your skills in critical thinking, rapport building, and therapeutic interventions. Working with a vast network of community support services and carers, you'll provide comprehensive care to consumers with complex needs.
You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of nurses, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists. You'll have access to regular clinical supervision, be part of daily multidisciplinary case review meetings and wellness activities in a positive workplace culture.
This is a rewarding role where you'll build long-term relationships with patients, helping to simplify referral pathways that improve access to care and enable patients to manage their mental health within their own communities.
