This role will handle anything from information requests, feedback, general enquiries to complaints.Preparing in-home care assessments and care plans to best meet client requirements.Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.QualificationsCurrent registration with AHPRAProfessional Indemnity InsuranceCommunity nursing experience is a mustSatisfactory Australian National Police checkWorking With Children's CheckCurrent first aid and CPR certificateDriver's licence and reliable presentable carPreferred SkillsThe ability to operate efficiently and deliver excellent serviceTime management, organisational skills & ability to manage competing prioritiesRelationship development skills to support diverse clients to achieve their goals and objectivesIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMS)Major duties include:Care Plans and Assessments;Government-Compliant Care Management Plans;Holistic outcomes driven Care Planning;Operation of the Care Planning and other management systems;Personal care supports; andQuality assurance.
