We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing is at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate, and personalised.
Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Conduct Nursing Assessments.
Skills & Experience
Community nursing experience would be an advantage.
Subacute and disability experience.
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.
Diabetes management experience.
Dementia experience would be an advantage.
Leadership experience is an advantage.

Coachable.
AHPRA Registration.
Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
CPR & First Aid Certification.
Car & Valid Driver's License.
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).
Working With Children Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Approval.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
