Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Perm Part Time Opportunities on offer Location: Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility Remuneration: $41.66 - 53.56 /hr (based on experience) + 11.5 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $18,550 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances $2,000 sign on bonus paid at 3 months of continuous employment $2,500 retention bonus paid at 12 months of continuous employment Flexibility to work across all shifts - AM, PM and NIGHT SHIFTS is a must! As a Registered Nurse you'll be an integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team and will be encouraged to grow and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team You will provide person-centred care to your residents, using your clinical skills to improve their quality of life and ensure their safety. You will:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope Consider physical, social and psychological requirements Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members What makes a difference for us?
