This state-of-the-art care home is part of an award-winning care organisation, renowned for delivering exceptional care and services. We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate leader who can make a real impact, ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents.Key Responsibilities:Lead the daily operations of a large dementia nursing care home, ensuring the highest level of person-centred care.Drive improvements and turnaround efforts to elevate the home's CQC rating.Manage and inspire a large team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining high standards across the home.Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.Requirements:Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.Proven experience as a Registered Manager in large care homes, preferably in dementia nursing care settings.Strong turnaround experience with a track record of improving CQC ratings.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.Ideally, candidates will be based in or near Southport.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced manager to take ownership of a flagship home and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those living with dementia.If you are interested in this role, please apply with your most up to date CV.
